Article Abstract:

The implications of baby boomers reaching their retirement in 2006 onwards for Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices are discussed. The social habits of senior Canadians play an important role on their eating habits. In addition, senior Canadians are more inclined to be focused on health foods, and disease prevention.
