All in the name

Article Abstract:

Catering is the single-most profit-making part of a multi-functional leisure organisation and its success depends entirely upon location. Sales and marketing expertise is required to ensure that rapid response is given to fast-changing consumer tastes. The quality of food should be consistently high and safe, measuring up to consumer expectation. Catering outlets must have the correct resources to suit consumer requirements. Brands such as Pizza Hut and Burger King are expected to join up with many leisure outlets within the near future.

At attractions parents will be more relaxed and open to temptation and will usually allow children to eat what they want.

All in the mind

Article Abstract:

Mind mapping, a technique developed by Tony Buzan, assists people in developing their own way of thinking, rather than using a traditional linear method. It can be effective in improving a person's efficiency, saving time, clarifying thoughts and boosting memory power. Mind maps work in the same way as the brain, dealing with key concepts in an interlinked and integrated way. Mind maps can also serve as a basis for creative thinking.
