Bring me sunshine

Article Abstract:

The Sunbed Association is a new organisation formed by sunbed suppliers to ensure safety of equipment and regulation of the industry. It is hoped that the traditionally rather negative image of sunbeds will be improved by the formation of a central self-regulating body, as well as by recent research which shows that sunbeds can be safer than sunlight. Suppliers are determined to be much more aligned with the operators' requirements, especially local authorities which have expressed concerns about the safety of sunbeds.
