Cooking up a treat

Article Abstract:

The UK's leisure operators are becoming increasingly aware that catering forms a key element of the visitor experience. Tasting success

Article Abstract:

Catering must be seen as an integral part of any entertainment event, and issues such as demand levels, menu, area requirements and location must be addressed at an early stage in the planning of an event. Investment in catering will inevitably be costly, and must therefore be thoroughly planned in order to ensure maximum returns. Each facility must be considered individually, ensuring that there is the right balance between the types and number of outlets.
