Keeping in touch

Article Abstract:

The use of multi-media applications is becoming more widespread at historical venues and museums as an educational tool. Interactive technology allows exhibitions to become more user-friendly to children, who are used to such technology. Technology can be used to plan individual journey planners for visitors to archaeological sites, or allow visitors to find out about subjects from various angles of interest. Many software applications can be used by museums, which will guide visitors through exhibitions at an appropriate pace.
