Importance of the emotional experiences of customers, rather than the mundane services and supplies aspect of the foodservices is emphasized, for improving the brand image. Employees score points with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers who also have a bearing on the carrying of the brand. The advantages of brand images and how to create and sustain a brand image are explained.
