Expo 98

Article Abstract:

Electrosonic Leisure Division Manager Alan Wilkinson pointed out the queuing system to some of the attractions at Expo '98, Lisbon, Portugal, were poorly managed and visitors would not have been able to see all the main papillions. Jack Rouse Associates Vice President Dan Schultz felt the catering kiosks spoilt the general look of the exhibition site but overall he enjoyed Expo'98. The New Millennium Experience Company Operations Director Ken Robinson suggested the aim of Expos made them difficult to design to suit all purposes. He felt Expo '98 was disorganised.

Five main pavilions explore themes related to this topic including ecology, leisure, navigational developments, myths and Portugal's history of ocean exploration.
