Article Abstract:

The Malaysian region of Sarawak on the island of Borneo offers a variety of attractions including the Sarawak Museum, native longhouses, Gunung Mulu national park; and the Sarawak Chamber, which is the largest cave in the world. Tourists are able to book a night in a native longhouse as an optional extra. A thin mattress on wooden planks makes up the sleeping quarters, and dinner is usually local vegetables, stewed chicken and boiled rice.
