Perspectives

Article Abstract:

Travel agents from across Europe tend to have varying views on the value of workshops on the travel industry. Some find them beneficial, as they can learn from the experiences of others and keep up to date with latest trends. They can be a good way of making contacts, and are generally well organised. However, they are not useful if they are too big, and more effort should be made to ensure that workshops directly meet the needs of travel agents.
