Stop thief

Article Abstract:

The leisure industry can pinpoint and reduce theft by staff in a number of ways. These include stocktaking regularly, making staff aware that taking and giving free drinks is not permissible, and making sure that managerial staff make it clear that they are paying for their consumption. Staff should not be allowed to serve double measures. Sales figures and stock levels should be monitored. Allowing no sale entries to enable change to be given to customers in not good practice.
