Golf lessons

Article Abstract:

A survey of golf clubs by consultants Pannell Kerr Forster Associates has revealed reasonable economic performance in 1991. 'Golf Trends, A Survey of UK Golf Clubs 1992' showed mainatenance of primary spending but a decline in secondary spending in real terms. Increased commercial bias has developed income from non-members through green fees. However, higher administration costs increased expenditure ahead of inflation. Increased staff numbers and higher salaries accounted for greater costs.
