The booming consumer

The Canadian restaurant industry is adapting to the shifting trends in consumer behavior. Recent studies showed that consumers are increasingly becoming more demanding for top-quality food and services, and wider range of food choices. Consumers are also expressing more interests in nutrition and product ingredients with their increased awareness of health and environmental safety issues.
