Making the connection

Article Abstract:

A and W Food Services of Canada Ltd's COO and Executive VP, Paul Hollands, attributes its success to its ability to attract strong, dedicated franchisees including a number of multiple-unit operators. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company also opts to work with its existing operators, many of whom are second-generation franchisees. It operates as a separate entity from the US A and W and already has 554 units nationwide, even while continuing to expand with the same focus on convenience.
