Farming tourists

Article Abstract:

Agricultural decline has encouraged farming diversification into tourism. Northamptonshire's Farm Attractions, led by Jim Keetch is one of seven United Kingdom organisations which coordinate marketing of diversification schemes. The National Farm Attractions Network UK supports the local bodies. Keetch arbitrates between farmer and public and recommends specialist advice in planning attractions to avoid disappointment. Farming tourist attractions are likely to remain a source of secondary income.
