UK operators distancing themselves from Pattaya

The Thai resort of Pattaya claims to have improved its image recently, but some UK tour operators are still reluctant to be associated with it. They are offering Phuket and Hua Hin as alternative beach holiday destinations, following reports that clients have been disappointed with the facilities offered in Pattaya. There is a clear trend towards quieter destinations.
