Article Abstract:

Luke Hayes-Alexander's career as a chef is discussed. Hayes-Alexander, a 16-year-old executive chef, is the son of Rob Alexander and Carrie Hayes, who opened 'Luke's Cafe' in downtown Kingston, Ontario, in 1994. He started working in the restaurant at age 12 by preparing desserts. Since he took over as the chef, the cafe became more popular. His family's future plans are also tackled.

Putting pizza on ice

The frozen pizza market enjoys a $5 billion market. Local pizzerias are jumping on the band wagon to market frozen pizza and to do this they need to purchase cheeses at lower prices. Details of the frozen pizza industry are discussed.
