GAMES PEOPLE PLAY

Article Abstract:

The popularity of home video gaming systems have steadily risen, with hardware and software sales blossoming to nearly $7 billion in 1998. An overview of this rapidly-growing industry in given, along with details of some worthwhile games which are poised to hit the markets. The history of these gaming systems from Atari to the introduction of the PlayStation and its impact on a generation are given.
