Comfort check: How to get a better seat in coach

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the range of seat and leg room measurements in aircraft are presented. Suggestions on how to obtain a more comfortable seat are given, including choosing a flight thats continuing overseas, choosing a two-aisle plane and using the internet to check seat maps and dimensions.

A poll conducted on the amenity preferences of business travelers revealed that aside from on-line booking system, passengers tend to prefer low-technology offerings. It was further found that Singapore airlines rank the first in transpacific business class, in terms of comfort and value.
