Norman R. Augustine has been very influential in the success of Lockheed Martin Corp. His success in the company has made him gain the government's trust regarding military and space programs. Augustine is currently American Red Cross' chairman of the board of governors after retiring as CEO of Lockheed on Aug 1, 1997.

Masback, an award-winning runner during the 1970s-1980s, comes to the USA Track and Field with new ideas on how to revitalized the sport. Running is greatly appreciated outside of the US, but domestically it does not get full media coverage or the sponsorships it deserves. Masback hopes to change this.
