Hawaii's honey man

The Volcano Island Honey Company of Hawaii was founded by beekeeper Richard Spiegel in 1970. Richard was a former attorney in Washington, DC before he decided to pursue his hobby. His honey products are noted by professional chefs for their exceptional taste and texture.
