Hotel frequent-stay plans: finding your best payoff

Article Abstract:

Hotels offer rewards programs for people who frequently at the hotel chain, but the programs vary greatly in terms of their rewards. Several hotels have partnerships with rental car agencies and credit card issuers, and few have membership fees. Programs are evaluated for their payoff value.

Hyatt Hotels, hotels in Sonoma Valley, CA, Thistle Hotels and New World Hotels in Asia offer promotional discounts to travelers who ask for them. The Thistle Hotels offer is a good value as it allows guests from the US to pay the room rate, which is in pounds sterling, with US dollars.
