I strongly believe that the services that are given in European hotels have a more personalised touch to it when we compare it with the services that are provided in the American hotels. After reading the above mentioned lines that compare the services in American and European hotels I want to read the article further as to how personalised the hospitality of the European people go without being obtrusive? I also wonder where do Americans lack in their services.
