A guide to the islands of the Caribbean is presented. The Dutch island of Saba offers excellent scuba diving, while Tobago has attractive beaches surrounded by a central forest reserve. Barbados has a British atmosphere, while St Lucia mixes British, French and African cultures.

Article Abstract:
September is a wonderful time to visit Block Island, which is 12 miles off the coast of Rhode Island. The island has many fine hotels and restaurants and is a good place to fish, hike, bike and kayak. Historic lighthouses are another attraction.
