One big victory: Now another big battle

Article Abstract:

The bipartism 285-to-140 votes that passed H.R. 1036, the Protection of Lawful commerce in Arms Act represents both a victory for common sense and a stinging defeat for those who attempt to subvert nation's judicial system to advance an unpopular political agenda. The legislation provides that lawsuits may not be brought against manufacturers and sellers of firearms or ammunition in the suits are based on the criminal or unlawful use of the product by the third party.

In defense of the American hunter

Article Abstract:

National Rifle Association (NRA) has a long record of leadership on behalf of the American's hunter, dating back to the 1937 passage of the Pittman-Robertson Act dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and habitat. NRA-ILA has appointed a new manager of Hunting Policy with the specific mission of expanding hunting seasons, removing unnecessary regulations, challenging exorbitant fees and opening new hunting lands.

Together we achieved victory

Article Abstract:

The elections on November 5, 2002 rewrote history, as voters would reject those who attacked the second amendment on the rule of licensing or registration of handguns. The average Americans decided on the great debate and antifreedom agenda that voted with belief and their united voice was deafening.
