Security update

Article Abstract:

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced that its CAPPS II program of around $100 million, which would subject every airline passenger to a background check would be delayed indefinitely due to privacy concerns. It is also reported that even the other measures like biometric identifiers, which would require visitors of foreign countries to carry passports encoded with personal biometric data are postponed, as these programs caused concerns with the personal data security.
