Action video game modifies visual selective attention

Article Abstract:

Research indicates that action-video-game playing modifies a range of visual skills, like visual attention in habitual video-game players. Results suggest that perceptual learning although presumed to be specific to the trained task, in this case shows training-induced performance enhancement.
