An electrophoretic ink for all-printed reflective electronic displays

Article Abstract:

Researchers have sought display media to create flexible low-cost systems that are the electronic analogue of paper. Microparticle-based displays have long been of interest, as they have intrinsic bistability, show low power d.c. field addressing and have shown high contrast and reflectivity. The synthesis of an electrophoretic ink is report, based on the microencapsulation of an electrophoretic medium, which could satisfy the practical needs of electronic paper

When authorship met authenticity

Article Abstract:

The hazards caused by the counterfeit drugs and the significance of pharmaceutical patenting in putting an end to the development of such drugs are investigated. The analysis shows that the patenting of drugs does not lead to the elimination of the counterfeit drugs and hence needs to be accompanied with new measures to overcome the problem.
