Breaking up is hard to do.

Article Abstract:

All single-hulled tankers have to be retrofitted or replaced with ships containing two hulls as per the regulations of the International Maritime Organization(IMO). As the deadlines approach, there is a concern that there are not enough ship-breaking yards to cope with the impending rush since single- hulled ships break-up and cause oil spills and consequent environmental havoc.

British Observer newspaper accused Chris Wemmer, a biologist with the Smithsonian National Zoological for colluding with the Burmese junta in committing human rights abuses in the country, now known as Myanmar. Wemmer denies it and claims it to be misrepresented.

Implanted cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) is inserted under the pectoral muscles and it can deliver a life saving shock to a failing heart. It is revealed that ICDs are good for people who have high risk of heart failure.
