Japanese TV show admits faking science

Article Abstract:

A Japanese television show, Kansai Telecasting Corporation (KTV) has admitted that it had faked scientific results in one of its shows and used dubbing to put false words into the mouths of foreign researchers. KTV has asked an independent committee to review all its episodes as the program is presented as a science documentary, covering food and health-related topics.

Mount Fuji, Japan's tallest peak, erupted last on 16 December 1707 and thereafter violence rarely associated with Fuji. In October 2002, Mount Fuji started experiencing waves of mild earthquakes.
