Bringing enlightenment to the pursuit of justice

Article Abstract:

A British appeals court has reversed a ruling by the Human Fertilization and Embryo Authority preventing a woman from being artificially inseminated with the sperm of her dead husband. The case arose from the lack of written consent from the husband before he died. The case illustrates that well crafted legislations should not necessarily impede scientific or medical advancement.
