Is Jerusalem the city in Rome's mural?

Article Abstract:

The walled city portrayed in an ancient Roman mural painting may or may not represent Jerusalem, Israel, in AD 50. A detailed review of buildings depicted in the painting shows that inaccuracies exist. Historical evidence about Jerusalem under the rule of King Herod the Great suggests that the painting's huge temple building is unlikely to be that of King Herod the Great's. Other dissimilarities between the painting and ancient Jerusalem exist.
