Isle of whales

Article Abstract:

New Brunswick's Grand Manan Island consists of fin, minke, humpback and sea whales and many of the world's surviving North Atlantic right whales, seals, harbor and gray are also spotted. The whales continue to inhabit the island because from early spring until late autumn, the bay offers some of the richest and most productive waters in the world that are full of microscopic plankton, squid and fishes of all kind.
