Nitrogen study fertilizes fears of pollution

Article Abstract:

According to scientists pertaining to one of the field's biggest research projects, the global threat of nitrogen pollution needs immediate political and scientific action. The researchers feel that the Global Nitrogen Enrichment (GANE) program has transformed their understanding of how nitrogen affects the environment but due to lack of studies in other countries there is inadequate legislation.

Complacency about misconduct

Article Abstract:

The editors have attached a note to the online version of the paper as well as in print, to put right Yung Park's plagiarism, marking the work as plagiarism and directing readers to original work. The measure would minimize any loss of citations suffered by author of original paper and will state Yung Park's misconduct.

Plagiarism in Cambridge physics lab prompts calls for guidelines

Article Abstract:

An investigation held by Nature revealed that four papers of Yung Park are plagiarized. International Union of Prue and Applied Physics is developing draft guidelines for handling plagiarism.
