Requirement for neuregulin receptor erbB2 in neural and cardiac development

Article Abstract:

Analysis of the role of a neuregulin receptor known as erbB2 shows its importance in neural and cardiac development. Mice were used as subjects and its was observed that their mutant embryos die when a lack of the receptor occurs, arising from a dysfunction of the cardiac system. Furthermore, the motor and locomotive system was also detrimentally affected and led to abnormalities.

CD3delta couples T-cell receptor signalling to ERK activation and thymocyte positive selection

Article Abstract:

A study of T-cell receptors in mice is presented with reference to their effect on ERK activation. The results reveal the influence of CD3delta on thymocyte positive selection in mice.
