The Adirondacks

The residential development in America's Adirondack region, has posed threat to the wildlife. For this purpose of the Adirondacks Communities and Conservation Program (ACCP), has introduced a technical paper, on the development and wildlife in Adirondack Park. The details pertaining to the functioning of the park, are presented.

Read a book, seed a mind

Article Abstract:

Second-grade classes from 19 schools in New York City are holding read-a thons during the month of March 2005 as part of the third annual TIGER (Together in Getting everyone Reading) program to promote literacy and connect communities. These classes would encourage kids to read butterfly and animal themed books.
