The amazing Siberian tiger

Article Abstract:

The Siberian tiger, world's largest cat, bigger than lions, leopards, and all the other kinds of tiger is found in the cold mountains, forests and grasslands of northern China and Korea and eastern Russia and can roam huge territories of 500 square kilometers, traveling 80 kilometers a day. It needs at least 20 kilograms of meat a day and can eat nearly 100 kilograms at a time.

Mollusc mania

Article Abstract:

Shells act as a body protection for boneless sea creatures such as species of molluscs that appear in different sizes, colors, and shapes found on beaches. Some of the shells found on the beaches include Lewis's moon snail, rounded Pandora, waved whelk and purple-ringed topshell.

The saga of the Saiga

Article Abstract:

There are only about 330 to 340 Saiga left in the wilds of Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and Kalmkis. There is one male antelope for every 100 females, due mainly to the demand for horns which only the males have.
