The bolt catchers

Article Abstract:

According to researchers lightning can be generated in a controlled fashion by firing a rocket, trailing a grounded wire at a thundercloud. Lightning begins when excess negative charge builds up in a cloud and creates a downwardly moving spark invisible to human eyes.

Article Abstract:

The management of the seas around the Colombia's San Andres islands that has become a model for other conservationists is discussed. The seas are excellently conserved with isolation, local involvement and a broad ecological remit.
