The great zoo adventure
Article Abstract:
The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo in Indiana focuses on helping people understand the importance of animals and appreciate the animal kingdom by encouraging the visitors to interact with the animals and their environment throughout the zoo. With the help of graphic displays, minimum barriers, hands-on activities, computerized information systems and many child-friendly activities, it encourages the children to save species in endangered habitats of which Dr Diversity's Rain Forest Research Station is an example.
