The writing is on the vessel wall:

Article Abstract:

An integrated approach involving proteomics, bioinformatics and molecular imaging to identify and characterize the proteins on the blood-exposed surfaces of endothelial cells in lung and lung-tumor tissues is presented. A number of proteins are already found to be expressed differentially on the blood vessel walls of different tissues and are identified as promising targets to which to selectively deliver molecules for tumor imaging and treatment.

MYC inactivation uncovers pluripotent differentiation and tumour dormancy in hepatocellular cancer

Article Abstract:

The inactivation of the MYC oncogene that induces sustained regression of invasive liver cancers is presented. Oncogene inactivation uncovers capacity of tumors to differentiate into normal cellular lineages, while retaining their latent potential to become cancerous.

Divining cancer cell weaknesses

Article Abstract:

The study of the interactions between genes on a large scale can help identify the errors in the tumor cell armour. The RNA interference technique would yield a plentiful harvest of cancer-drug targets that exploit weaknesses created by cancer-associated mutations.
