Up and coming

Article Abstract:

The 'upstate New York', a network of distinctive cities and communities lying to the north of New York, offers abundant career opportunities on account of its forged links between the region's research centers, industries, government labs and clinical facilities. The region, besides being a nice place to live, offers excellent schools and natural beauty, and encompasses Schenectady, Troy and the state capital Albany that together has reinvented as 'technology valley', and is capitalizing on resident talent and attracting newcomers.
