Henry S. Miller Interests, Inc
Article Abstract:
Dallas developer and philanthropist Henry S. Miller Jr. sold his real estate company including his other commercial developments and limited his personal office space to that at Highland Park Village which was patterned after Spain's Alhambra palace. Miller contracted the services of Craig A. Roeder to design the interiors and lighting of this retail complex considered as the Rodeo Drive of Dallas. Both Roeder and interior designer Stephen Edward Jones turned the place into an exotic and grand piece of architecture with the richness of Spanish and South American touch.

The Valley Club
Article Abstract:
Sun Valley's ski areas, clubhouse and restaurant rest in the foothills of the Pioneer Mountains. Its most recent addition to its facilities, a private golf clubhouse designed by McLaughlin & Associates, was executed in the turn-of-the-century Arts & Crafts style. The clubhouse's focal point is a massive, exposed post-and-beam dining room whose cathedral ceiling is adorned with pendant drum-shaped chandeliers. With a stone fireplace with twin hearths and oversized sofas and chairs, the clubhouse was designed to look like an extension of the members' own homes.
