High concepts

Article Abstract:

Chicago developers Eugene Golub and A. Epstein and Sons International joined to construct an impressive 10-story building of stone and glass in Warsaw, Poland. The Warsaw Corporate Center's design co-exists well with the LIM Center/Marriott Hotel complex. The site is managed by Chemadex, a polish firm with whom Golub has joint ventures. Another venture of Golub/Epstein is a 35 story building for the National Bank of Poland. Golub has set up a permanent management corporation to oversee the operation of the two buildings constructed so far.
