Article Abstract:
The 18th century manor, Wildercliff, in the Hudson River Valley was a present from Robert R. Livingston to his sister, Catharine, when she married Methodist minister Freeborn Garretson. Although austere on the outside, the house is stylish inside, reflecting a more prosperous lifestyle.
