Article Abstract:
Former ballerina Suzanne Farrell used many techniques to teach choreography to dancers in Cincinnati, OH, for a performance of George Ballanchine's "Diamonds." She sang melodies as she taught, executed the moves with dancers beside her, and emphasized lessons with gestures of her body. Most importantly, she instilled faith and trust in the dancers.
