Jesus Raygoza B., president of Sociedad Espacial Mexicana, A.C. Chapter, the current NSS chapter in Mexico, describes some of the road-blocks to building a true lunar habitat in his paper "The MexLunarHab Project". The Lunar Mexico Habitat Analogue Project was introduced at the 2003 convention of the United Societies in Space held in Denver in August 2003.
