KSC chief bails out as shuttle budget nose-dives

Kennedy Space Center Dir. Robert Crippen has resigned from his post after 25 years of distinguished service with NASA. People close to the former Space Shuttle commander revealed that Crippen had expressed great concern over the rate the Shuttle program's budget is being cut by government.

Pro-space advocates must promote the advantages of continuing space exploration instead of stating the financial gains that can be achieved in such ventures. The promotion of better life in space can be helpful in attracting possible capitalists and government supporters.
