1998 Toyota Sienna: a hot new minivan in more ways than one
Article Abstract:
The Toyota Sienna is touted as the Camry of minivans since its features are based on the Camry. Its engine, a 194-bhp 3.0-liter twincam 24-valve V-6 and its 4-speed automatic transmission are borrowed from the 1997 Camry model. Three Sienna versions will be marketed soon, namely: CE, LE and XLE.

Mini van, max velocity: sensory overload in the Renault Espace F1

A ride in the Renault Espace minivan, fitted with a Formula 1 competition engine, is described. The Espace F1, built for the 1994 motor show in Paris, France, has a V-10 engine that creates a tremendous amount of noise and propels the minivan to 186 mph.
