Hematological values for four species of birds of prey
Article Abstract:
Baseline hematologic and biochemical data were determined for the Spanish imperial eagle, golden eagle, Egyptian vulture and griffon vulture. Although there was a limited number of samples for golden eagles and Egyptian vultures, the values are included due to the rarity of the species. Most of the data are similar to values for raptors already reported in literature. These data will be useful to parties involved in conservation efforts for these species.

Group identity and human diversity: keeping biology straight from culture
Article Abstract:
The concept of group rights in population-genomic research should not be accepted because it conveys the erroneous idea that there is a genetic basis for social groups. Researchers in population-genomics should seek templates other than identified social groups. However, individual participants in such research may want to consider the interests of such identified social groups as part of their informed decision-making.
