Females harassed at 2 Ford plants, EEOC report says
Article Abstract:
A Ford Taurus plant in Chicago and a stamping plant in Chicago Heights are sites of sexual and racial harassment confirmed in an EEOC report after five women workers filed charges. It is now the EEOC's policy to allow Ford Motors to correct the problems before filing a formal complaint. The company's president and CEO says the company is already working on the problem and that the discrimination is "counter to everything we believe in."
