The Commerce Dept reported that personal income rose .8% in Dec 1994 from Nov 1994. This compares with a .1% drop in Nov 1994. Overall, income rose 6.1% in 1994, compared to only 4.3% in 1993. Statistics on consumer spending, durable goods orders, economic indexes and other data are presented.

Home resales rose 4.7% in May
Article Abstract:
The National Assn of Realtors reports that existing homes' sales rose 4.7% in May 1995 over Apr 1995 levels. Sales were strongest in the South and Midwest and were weakest in the Northeast, where sales fell by 5.5% against month-earlier figures.
